We provide comprehensive support to our global OEM customers in the development, industrialization, start-up management, and production of lightweight aluminum components worldwide. Our competencies lie in the following applications in the area of casting, machining and technical support: Applications: Cylinder crankcases & heads, structural components (e.g. longitudinal and transverse beams, strut mounts, chassis components), transmission housings and e-mobility components (stator housings, battery trays, power electronics housings, etc.). Casting processes: Die casting, low-pressure casting, low-pressure sand casting and permanent mold casting. Machining: Machining pre-finishing and finishing, running surface coating (RSW) honing, surface coating of components (especially liners with RSW but also KTL) and assembly. Engineering Services: Development, prototype production, start-up management, process relocation and series support - worldwide. + + + + + KS HUAYU AluTech Group is a 50:50 joint venture between Germany's Rheinmetall AG and China's HUAYU Automotive Systems Co. Ltd (HASCO Group). The latter in turn is the component division of the Chinese SAIC Group, China's largest automotive manufacturer. The KS HUAYU AluTech Group together with its sister company HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (KPSNC) in China form the Global Castings group of companies. According to PWC 2019, this is the world's fifth-largest manufacturer of lightweight aluminum components with production sites in Germany and China. In addition, we maintain close cooperation with India and Uzbekistan for the local production of the products mentioned in the application area.
