KSL Consulting offer a full range of training and assessment services - with over 40 training courses to choose from covering management, sales, communication, customer service and finance skills. We operate across the UK, with a network of professionally qualified trainers. All courses can be tailored to client needs. Founded by Kim Larkins in 2004, our training division "KSL Training" has built up an excellent reputation for designing and delivering high quality training, working with clients across all industries, in the private, voluntary and public sector. We also offer psychometric testing and assessment tools to hiring companies and support the recruitment and selection industry by screening candidates at all levels. We have partnered with SHL to offer SHL ability tests and SHL OPQ personality profiling questionnaires, with full consultancy support. KSL also offer SOVA assessment products. Our speciality is in-house training, with extensive experience in delivering bespoke training programmes to corporate clients, Local Government and the NHS.
