About KT Makes

KT Makes is me, Kurt (he/him). I do a lot of things. Traditionally, I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, and art director. At least, that’s what I’ve most often been hired to do. I’ve worked in agencies, at a college, corporate in-house creative, and for myself. I’m also a maker, artist, advocate, tinkerer, DIYer, musician, gardener, woodworker, podcaster, husband, parent, Midwesterner, and Master Naturalist. This is not a complete list, but I bring all of it to a problem or challenge. We’re all a lot of stuff. When all of it gets mixed up, that’s where the best ideas and, ultimately, the best solutions originate. Do you need a collaborator?
