About Kudos Partners

Sarah Greensmith and Alicia Bailey have over 50 years’ combined experience within the world of technology recruitment. We set up Kudos Partners to a run a recruitment business that was really personalised and commercially competitive; adding real value to the customer experience. We have been early adopters of agile search; offering flexible pricing solutions and collaborative partnership agreements that challenge and disrupt traditional recruitment models. We have seen search techniques and tools evolve over time, but despite the advent of automated processes and procedures; we believe the human element and relationship building aspect of recruitment will never be replaced. Our relationships have been built over decades, our networks robust and diverse; allowing us to really act as career coaches to our clients and candidates alike. We have supported enterprises through digital, business and organisational change; we are proud to have been an integral part of key transformational programmes and ambitious augmentation of global teams. We have successfully disrupted traditional and sometimes ineffectual recruitment methods. We love AI, automation and new technology but they will never replace the essence of successful recruitment: relationships and human interaction.
