KudosHealth is a SaaS health engagement solution provider for any size orginisation, to help engage Employee's in a longer-term health initiative which will support their transition to leading a healthier lifestyle, it will improve productivity & absence rates, while creating a health conscious corporate culture. We have recently developed a new short-term affordable Starter Programme to enable organisations to roll-out our health initiative in order to establish the suitability of the concept to their organisation, and Employees'. This short-term programme enables the implementing department to evaluate the concept for their stakeholders, without the need for any long term commitment. Our solution which requires minimal administration each month goes way beyond the running of a 4-6 week health initiative, which does very little to support Employees on the behavioral change cycle when it comes to creating a long-term behaviour change, especially when it comes to physical activity & leading a healthier lifestyle. The modular system allows clients to only pay for what they need. The core module provides the ability for an organisation to run their own 'Step like' workplace challenges in minutes, engaging Employees' globally, through existing consumer fitness tracking apps & devices which Employee's may already be using. Plus this allows an orginisations Employees to participate in inter-firm team challenges, which run month to month. The customisable activity rewards module enables organisations build their own health rewards catalogue to reward physical activity with automated data collection form the various fitness tracking devices & apps. The currency developed in the rewards module, enables an orginisation to reward any health related tasks or activity. The community, and giving back is a great way to engage Employees' in health, and the Charity Rewards module does that by creating charity donations based on the physical activity of Employee's.
