Kurrajong Kitchen - Now that’s entertaining® The Kurrajong Kitchen story began in 1993 with our love for food and generosity in hospitality. We were running a restaurant in the beautiful town of Kurrajong, Hawkesbury, NSW Australia and we had started baking our own Lavosh flatbread in-house to serve on cheese platters. Our customers loved it so much that they would take it home and impress their friends. It wasn’t long before we realised that we had something special on our hands, and we began to bake larger quantities of Lavosh to sell to local cafes, restaurants and delis. Lavosh, quickly gained prominence and became a favourite among chefs nationwide. Its success laid the foundation for Kurrajong Kitchen's legacy in redefining the art of snacking. As we journey into the future, we're thrilled to introduce Oaklees—a third-generation creation that carries forward our commitment to quality and innovation. Named after one of Karen and Ben's beloved grandchildren, Oaklees represents the evolution and continuity of Kurrajong Kitchen's dedication to crafting exceptional snacks. While Lavosh remains the heart of our brand, Oaklees emerges as a testament to our continuous pursuit of excellence. These crackers, bearing a 4.5 Health Star Rating, embody the perfect balance of health and taste, redefining the snacking experience for a new generation. You can find our products stocked at Woolworths, Coles, Harris Farm Markets, Costco, as well as independent grocery stores and deli's throughout Australia.
