There are also hand carved Black Angus Steaks on the menu to create a perfect balance to satisfy everyone. Our new menu is ever changing depending on the seasons and the availability of certain products. It is our goal to utilize only the freshest and best products available and to support local farmers as well. If your favorite didn't make the cut this time, it just may resurface on the next seasonal menu for the Spring. We also realize that we can't lose sight on the quality and flavors of our food, therefore restructuring the menu as appears, is the best solution for all involved.
