KVT is an international operating engineering company offering a full range service from the first concept to a turnkey industrial process plant. With state-of-the-art facilities, KVT supports its clients in laboratory test and pilot plant test, as well as in the development of chemicals and process. The R&D activities are focuses in the following areas: • Development of chemicals based on renewable feedstocks like vegetable oil, sugar and wood • Reusing of by-products and waste streams from industrial processes • Closure of material cycles • Treatment of waste-water and waste gases coming from industrial processes • Waste to energy The new R&D center, located in St. Radegund nearby Graz-Austria, is a project co-financed from European Union, www.efre.gv.at.
