An integral part of our product portfolio are the brands Simtex™, Super Elastic™, various paper rollers, Roberto™, Nollap™ and Syncast™, which have proven themselves even in the harshest production environments. In particular, our latest innovation, Simtex™, is in demand worldwide because, after more than 10 years of development and optimization, we have succeeded in setting new standards in calendering (whether paper or textile) and embossing. Simtex™ is made from a secret formula of specially selected synthetic fibers that are uniquely produced and circumferentially aligned to match the direction of the material being calendered. This approach ensures maximum "forged" strength and suppleness. At the same time, the Simtex™ cover is characterized by extreme heat resistance (up to 250°C), whereby the steel counter-roller can have up to 400°C. The cover withstands a pressure of 400 - 500 kn/m and is available in hardnesses of 70 - 90° Shore-D. Each of our production workers has more than 30 years of roller manufacturing experience! At the same time, in addition to our uncompromising production quality, we are also characterized by our long-standing, often exclusive customer relationships.
