By reforming our curricula, taking advantage of new platforms, fostering various collaborations, and embracing new technologies, we intend to continually improve our systems so that we may become one of the top 30 domestic universities by the year 2030—a goal that can be achieved by producing members of society who value and are in turn valued by their local communities for their contributions.
