L’AIMÉ is founded to breathe new life into this delicate act of burning candles for loved ones. L’AIMÉ - meaning the beloved. A simple notion, but one of great value to founder Cloé. Rooted in her own journey towards healing, it is what inspired her to create lights for all of the special moments we experience. The ones of happiness and hope, but also the ones of saying goodbye. Every candle is hand-poured in the Netherlands, with great care and attention. L’AIMÉ uses a gentle blend of natural oils, sourced from world-renowned perfumers in Grasse. Each candle carries its own unique fragrance, and is named with a separate wish. Reminding us of the special moments we cherish, at every stage of our journey. Wishing you all the light of the world, L’AIMÉ SUSTAINABLE CANDLES BY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS L'AIMÉ greeting candles are made with love for people and the environment. By not producing on a large scale, using handmade products and working with local craftsmen, we work sustainably, ethically and aesthetically. That is why the candles are poured locally by hand and made in the Netherlands, based on a mix of natural premium oils, from perfumers from Grasse in southern France. This process gives our scented candles each its own character and a unique scent. And celebrating beautiful moments or reflecting on special events becomes even more special. Our collection consists of products made from natural materials. For example, we use recycled glass from the Netherlands to manufacture the L'AIMÉ candles. Where possible, everything is sourced locally. For a number of articles from the collection, L'AIMÉ works together with professionals from India. We pay a fair price for this and are continuously alert to check the correct working conditions. This way we can guarantee a fair and sustainable product.
