About L'Atelier du Chocolat

En 1951, Joseph et Madeleine Andrieu ont ouvert leur boutique de pâtisserie-chocolaterie dans le quartier de Saint-Esprit à Bayonne. Trois décennies plus tard, leur fils Serge reprend le flambeau et crée (en 1995) le Bouquet de Chocolat® qu’il déploie avec son épouse Marie-Pierre en un réseau d’ateliers-boutiques (une trentaine de points de vente à ce jour). C’est aujourd’hui leur fille Nelly, de la troisième génération, qui poursuit l’aventure. Depuis, nos chocolatiers perpétuent la tradition et s’adonnent chaque jour à l’art du tablage pour y fabriquer des fines feuilles de chocolat 100 % pur beurre de cacao qui composent le légendaire Bouquet de Chocolat. Nos créations 100% pur beurre de cacao sont toujours fabriquées avec notre savoir-faire artisanal à Bayonne, première ville chocolatière de France. Notre passion pour le chocolat est au cœur de notre histoire.
