L&G Research and Evaluation Consulting, Inc. (L&G) is an NYC based M/WBE certified company that offers research, evaluation, grant writing, and capacity-building services to public and private organizations. L&G was founded in 2011 by Drs. Ana Maria Grigoras, PhD, and Danielle Campbell, DrPH, who own and manage the firm. Together they have over 26 years of experience providing data management, program evaluation, monitoring, research, and capacity-building services in New York City. They lead a team of highly trained evaluators with expertise in conducting applied research studies and program evaluations in the fields of education, social services, public and mental health. Our services include survey design and administration; conducting interviews; facilitating focus groups; data collection, management, and analysis; and report writing. Our current clients include the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) and a number of community-based organizations throughout New York City. L&G is guided by the mission of providing client-centered program evaluations that facilitate data-driven decisions related to the implementation of effective policies and programs that impact underserved communities. Our approach is participatory in nature as we work with stakeholders to improve awareness of programmatic goals and objectives, increase compliance to grant stipulations and guidelines, and support the delivery of high-quality programming.
