L&M Cores was founded by Mike and Laurice Sabori in Fountain Hills, AZ. Mike Sabori has become a well known and recognizable name in the core industry, with over 37 years of experience working and consulting in the industry. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Mike has created and founded multiple successful automotive core businesses over the past 37 years, which has undoubtedly contributed to the success of L&M Cores. His other automotive business ventures have prospered due to Mike's ability to meet demands in an ever-expanding industry. Mike has consulted and worked with well-known core buyers and automotive recyclers over the years, guiding their businesses in new directions and creating large networks in the process. Although L&M Cores is a family run business, the astounding success of the company prompted the need for a new partner. Industry newcomer Nathan Ryder joined L&M Cores in 2018 and brings his many assets and creative processes to growing the company and expanding it to Colorado. L&M Cores is repeatedly recognized by numerous Automotive Recyclers as leaders in the core buying industry, known for continually developing new processes, streamlining operations and creating strategic partnerships, allowing Recyclers to turn more parts in a shorter amount of time. In addition to buying and selling core parts, Mike also consults companies on sustainability in the industry through his partner company, Sabori Core Consulting.
