Ens trobareu a Vallbona de les Monges (Lleida) i a la masia Can Calopa de Dalt, al parc de Collserola (Barcelona). ------ L’Olivera is a small social cooperative born in 1974 with the vocation of cultivating the typical culture of the area. Our vineyards, a total of 15 hes, are almost all found in small parcels (less than 1 has) sustained by stone margins and dispersed around the municipal term of Vallbona de les Monges (Catalonia). Production: around 100.000 bottles. All the work is made in the traditional way, and great part of it is made manually. The harvest is also made by hand, picked up in small amounts, guaranteeing the quality of the grape. Wines: Costers del Segre D.O., sub-zone Valls del Corb Oils: extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin olive oil Selection (Les Garrigues).
