L/R Construction is a well established construction management firm founded on principled project management. We provide this by treating all project stake holders fairly, and by respecting each others’ schedule and commitments. All of L/R Construction’s employees communicate in an efficient and timely manner, resulting in a project that flows through construction. L/R offers project budgeting, preconstruction, design build, general contracting and construction management services to educational, commercial and institutional clients. Our projects are often done in high traffic or occupied areas where careful planning and scheduling are required, coupled with safety conscious site practices. We couple this with environmentally sustainable construction and debris removal practices, overseen by our LEED certified personnel. More than 80% of our sales is from a repeat list of premier, nationally known clients. These include Fidelity Investments, Boston University, Tufts University, American Red Cross, WR Grace, and others. Our goal for every project is to manage it in a way that not only exceed our clients’ requirements for schedule and budget, but provides an enjoyable experience, resulting in a facility of which all can be proud. L/R also maintains a commitment to the community by performing projects for, and contributing financially to, many local and national not-for-profit organizations.
