L & S Architects, inc. is a full service architecture firm that specializes in a unique form of design-build project delivery that combines architectural design and construction processes under one umbrella. We facilitate projects through all phases of the project lifecycle such as: initial programming, feasibility analysis, architectural design, project management, permitting, construction and facilities turnover. By performing all aspects of the project delivery process, we can significantly reduce the schedule and budget. You don't have to worry about managing the project, or keeping tabs on a General Contractor. We take care of all of that for you, and deliver you a complete building, ready to occupy. We are a family owned and operated design-build architecture firm which spans three generations. L & S has been designing and building architecture in the Southern California area for over 40 years. During the first three decades, the business operated as a sole proprietorship under the name: Lanphere and Associates. In 2006 we incorporated as L & S Architects, inc. In accordance with California state law, all professional services offered and rendered by L & S, are provided under the responsible control and management of a Registered Architect, licensed by the state of California.
