La Belle Cabane currently operates as a Cultural Healing Sanctuary that includes an Eco-Glamping Site (with 5 offgrid cabins) a Forest Spa, a Gift Shop and Outdoor Event Space. Our main goal is to help people find freedom in the forest with the core aspect of healing. Our topics of interest include health and wellness, self-love, and stress management and we hold space for mental health, emotional healing, and trauma healing. We provide people a private and healing space and cultural experience nestled in the woods on our beautiful 40-acre parcel of land in Kingston, NB on the Kingston Peninsula. The Eco-Glamping Site has 5 offgrid cabins available for rent. You can hike up to your 108 sqft cozy cabin for an off-grid experience - hike/snowshoe to explore the trails, forage the forest, get up early to see the sunrise, cook over the fire and curl up with a good book. The cabin includes a kitchenette, woodstove, seating area and spacious loft bedroom. There is no WiFi/plumbing/electricity, but...it's no problem! You can simply unwind and immerse yourself in nature - no better way to recharge & reset. The Kingston Spa incorporates an outdoor forest thermal experience that includes a salt room and two private spa pods that include dry saunas, steam saunas, cedar plunges, heated river stone beds and hot tubs. The spa reception includes a gift shop with items from Indigenous artists as well as an outdoor relaxation area for outdoor events.
