La Cura offers yoga, pilates, meditation, meditative art workshops, therapies such as massage, reflexology, energy healing and reiki as well as nature walks and cycle rides. This makes La Cura a perfect haven to escape from lives overloaded with information, noise, and distractions that deplete our time and attention. At La Cura, guests will have the opportunity to find equanimity and balance and gain a fresh perspective on self, life and nature. Our farm's ethos is based on regeneration and sustainability, where connection to nature and her natural rythm are the guiding principles. Our aim is to live in harmony with nature and not to isolate ourselves from her. La Cura aims to be connected with nature in all respects, including nourishment. Our organic kitchen garden provides the key seasonal ingredients for our guests, a farm-to-table approach that centers as much as possible around homegrown organic food production supplemented by producers in the area that share our ideals. Sourcing fresh, quality produce and ingredients amongst local farmers is a tangible expression of our ongoing commitment to connect with the local community.
