Our model integrates professional architectural and engineering support with access to credit, ensuring that families can design, plan, and execute their construction projects with financial and technical security. By digitalizing processes and standardizing technical services, we reduce costs, streamline procedures, and facilitate access to financing—even for those with informal incomes. We collaborate with financial institutions, organizations, and local governments to scale innovative solutions that improve the quality of progressive housing in the region.
