About La Josie
We are a family owned Mexican restaurant/bar named after our late aunt, Josefina Villegas. Her kind-hearted, hard working nature and keen vision for her first street-vending torta business was the inspiration of our first restaurant, El Solazo, and now, La Josie on Randolph Restaurant Row. At La Josie, we bring traditional flavors in a modern, yet casual atmosphere. Guests can unwind after a long day at work, celebrate a special occasion or simply grab a drink and enjoy some botanas until the wee hours. We are thrilled to bring our family's recipes from our home state and tequila's birthplace, Jalisco, Mexico to Chicago's West Loop.
