Our 38,000 square foot facility offers a diverse assortment of resistance machines, free weights, and top-of-the-line cardio equipment so you can come in at any time and create your own regimen. But we're so much more than a typical gym! Our energetic and always-friendly Group Exercise instructors teach more than 100 classes each week, allowing you to choose from a selection of workouts that's perfect for your age and fitness level. Whether you're looking to burn fat, tone muscle, strengthen your heart and bones or increase flexibility, La Maison Health & Fitness has something just right. If you're seeking individualized fitness instruction, our highly trained and educated Personal Trainers are always available to assist you, either one-on-one or in a small group. Unlike many gyms, we don't accept any basic certification - we require our personal trainers to have a 4-year degree and the latest industry-leading qualifications. While you work out, your children will absolutely love our interactive Kids Korner. With games, arts and crafts, swim lessons, karate, dance, and so much more, your kids will be the ones dragging you out the door to the club! The excuses can wait. Your healthy lifestyle can't.
