Since 1995, La Plata Communities has been the master developer for the Briargate Master Plan including Briargate, Pine Creek, Cordera, and North Fork residential communities, as well as the Briargate Business Campus and Briargate Crossing. In late 2015, La Plata also unveiled another master planned community, The Farm residential community and The Campus at Foothills Farm Commercial area, located in Northern Colorado Springs off Voyager Parkway and Ridgeline Drive.
