About La Superbe
Our first priority is to originate unique and genuine beers. The achievement of excellence is our daily goal which is led by our innovating and avant-garde demeanour. Our savoir-faire allows us to offer you a wide range of boundless possibilities. It is our intention to introduce a beer rich in flavour thanks to our brewing techniques and ingredients. Our ambition is to place the ingredients at the centre of the creation process allowing their essence to reach a perfect fusion. The world’s finest varieties of malt and hops are carefully selected according to their aromatic and flavour qualities. Additives, artificial colouring, preservatives and extracts are excluded from our production process. Our beers are home made, brewed with passion and bottled in our brewery in Biarritz. They are unpasteurized, naturally fermented and bottled in the highest brewing tradition. We take the time to produce high quality beers which are carefully fermented for weeks and kept in a cold room at an optimal storage temperature.
