Every successful construction project relies on an accurate initial measured survey. Our mission is to provide fast, reliable 3D measured surveys, carried out with the rigour and expertise that only Architects can provide. Using state-of-the art 3D point cloud scanning technology, we capture every detail of your building, inside and out. We use this to create a digital twin of the building with a level of precision and skill that only Architects can. Our team of Architect-Surveyors understand the importance of providing you with a bespoke service, taking the time to fully understand your requirements before carrying out a detailed measured survey that meets the exacting needs of your project. Your time is precious; we will not waste it. The measured building survey is typically carried out in just one day by our skilled team. Once the raw data and photogrammetry (measurable 360˚ panoramic photography) is captured, we will have everything we need to create an accurate and detailed BIM model and/or 2D CAD drawings of your building. You can access these from anywhere in the world using our password-protected client portal. We value having a precise and reliable BIM model so highly that, if you appoint us as your architects, we will refund the cost of building the BIM model. We know that mistakes can be costly; don't let your choice of surveyor be one of them.
