At La Tortillería, we craft authentic Mexican food the traditional way...tortillas, tortilla chips & now salsas, all made with honest ingredients, big flavour & a whole lot of corazón (heart). 🌶🌽 We follow the ancient nixtamal process to make our tortillas from scratch: cooking wholegrain Australian-grown corn, soaking it overnight, then stone-grinding it fresh each day to create masa. From there, we press & bake tortillas with nothing but corn, sea salt & tradition. The same care goes into our salsas, created from recipes born in our Eatery & rooted in Mexico’s rich culinary heritage.
