About La Veridica, Artisanal Beer & Smoke Huarique

In 2022, after the pandemic and all we had to live through as a family, our mother gathered us around and asked us to start something on our own. Not only a business to sustain us but to create a legacy for our kids and for the generations to come. About who we are, where we come from. Our values, our culture, our heritage. The seed was planted in our heads and after a brainstorm in a hotel in Hawaii the idea finally started growing some roots. We would do a Peruvian Artisanal beer to represent not only that we are Peruvians but also the richness of our native land. After many months of traveling and tasting, we found the representative flavors of each beer. Like, IPA with Inka muña, an amazing digestive, our stout made with Peruvian coffee and cacao from the Amazon rainforest, our Porter, with carob, a natural energetic, we couldn’t miss the pale ale, with our purple corn, pineapple and touch of cinnamon and our Inka red ale done with blueberries. La verídica artisanal beer is done with the highest quality ingredients in small amounts, and under the utmost care from our Peruvian brewmaster Jose Luis Pari. Peruvian beer is a monopoly, and beers have lost the authenticity of the flavor and body. With La Verídica, we want to bring that tradition back alive. We want the people to feel the love and passion in such an extraordinary moment as it is to enjoy a beer. So come and enjoy with us, La verídica, la única que calma tu sed.
