Lab378 builds AI employees for the Real Estate Market. Our first AI platform, Livia, runs the entire sales cycle for brokerages—from the first conversation to the booked showing—so agents can focus on closing, not chasing. The platform is currently in Beta and addresses a critical operational challenge: real estate brokerages are under pressure to do more with less following the 2024 NAR ruling. Traditional staffing models, especially Inside Sales Agents (ISAs), are no longer scalable or cost-effective. We replace this manual layer with always-on, voice-enabled AI that qualifies leads, understands buyer intent, recommends properties, answers questions, and drives conversions. The result is faster follow-up, lower overhead, and a pipeline that scales with volume, not headcount.
