LACATS TORELLÓ S.L is a young company dedicated to lacquers and finishes, specialized in offering since 2000 the best service to the companies that require a painted finish in a wide variety of surfaces. We have industrial facilities with automated lines for large capacity equipped and adapted to give the optimal results needed in the industries of cosmetics, perfumery, pharmacy, beverages, household goods, etc. We believe the packaging industry must be circular, therefore we collaborate tightly with our customers and suppliers to find new decoration solutions for recycled materials. We have incorporated a new vacuum metallization system which has the highest recognition in sustainability for its kind. This system has been recognised with Eco awards around the world mainly because: - It has a lower energy consumption than traditional lines - Less varnish - No toxic wastewater to process after spraying or other unnecessary waste products. - No chrome derivate are used in the metallisation process. Furthermore, it ´s a more efficient system when: - Sampling, since you can produce small lots compared to the conventional systems - More control of rejects
