About Ladies Circle GB&I
Ladies Circle is a fantastic club for women aged between 18 and 45 who want to make new friends, have lots of fun and do some fundraising along the way. We are part of the Round Table family and were founded in 1936. So whilst we may be nearly 90, we're still relevant to women. We have groups around the UK meeting twice a month to get involved in a wide variety of fun activities and charity events. Our members join their local group which is managed by a committee. Local groups put their own events calendar together, reflecting the preferences of their members. They also fundraise for their chosen charities. At a National level we are partnered with BBC Children in Need including supporting during CarFest and on the main Appeal day each November. We are also recognised by the Royal British Legion as an association that had and continues to have an impact on veterans. Our members join us to have fun, create new friendships and give back to the local committee and in many cases will learn new skills i.e. Chairing meeting, events planning etc which adds value to their working lives too.
