Back then, there was one single dress, available in four colours only. Today, LaDress is much more than that one dress, the company has grown to be a reknown and truly allround label. Also, Simone is no longer running the business on her own. Together with CEO Pieter de Ridder and co-board member Esther van Bezooijen, responsible for CSR, offline retail and organisation, Simone has ensured that LaDress can continue in its core strength: creating washable, wrinklefree couture with the perfect fit, offering elegance to every women. LaDress is sold via LaDress.com and via LaDress Boutiques in Amsterdam. The founder Simone van Trojen, a woman just like any other woman and mother of two, had a dream that eventually developed into something beautiful. After obtaining a law degree she was a corporate executive for several years. Simone spent years looking for that one dress that would fit all her different roles in life. It was this search that in 2006 led her to design her own dream dress: LaDress. Nowadays Simone combines motherhood, marriage, running her own business and a hectic social life all into one. Philosophy LaDress can best be described as the perfect outfit for any occasion: from daytime elegance to dazzling nighttime chic, dress up, dress down in an instant.
