Wellness Consulting – delivering evidence-based nutrition talks, corporate wellness workshops, and empowering fitness events designed to energise and educate. Our strength lies in blending a high-performance corporate background with a deep passion for accessible, practical wellness. Led by a former finance executive at a publicly listed energy company, and later the owner of a boutique fitness studio and a qualified nutritionist, we bring both strategic thinking and real-world experience to the table. We are known for engaging, myth-busting sessions that simplify complex wellness topics, including around neurodiversity and nutrition/movement, and women’s health across key life stages (pregnancy, postnatal, perimenopause, and menopause). We deliver impactful Breakfast/Lunch & Learns and bespoke workshops in corporate settings. Our finance and business advisory arm supports fast-growing companies and founder-led businesses to restabilise their finances, inluding refinancing and cost cutting, and scale sustainably with strategic clarity, commercial control, and senior-level insight.
