Lady Ray’s Culinary Delights, founded by sibling dynamic duo Tim and Rachel Vondell, is a small batch, intimate boutique specializing in baked goods, pastries, artisan fare, and culinary artistry. Staying true to their New York roots, Lady Ray’s ensures that there is a little piece of New York in everything that Tim and Rachel do. This is evident from their eye for design to Culinary Training (The Culinary Institute of America), the locally sourced coffee and spices from central New York, and the speed at which they talk! One thing for sure is the passion and love that goes into each item the shop allows to go out the door and onto your plate. Chef Rachel has worked for the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans and West Palm Beach, and she has been part of several groundbreaking farm-to-table restaurants with delicious, eclectic dishes. Rachel has been part of an Award-Winning Catering Company in South Florida specializing in weddings, event planning, and complete production services. Understanding the depth over breadth concept, Lady Ray’s has not set out to reinvent the wheel or specialize in all aspects of the hospitality industry but actively looks to partner with local businesses with similar visions.
