We are a research and program design company led by Dr. Carletta Stewart that provides data driven programs infused with Lady Trailblazer Learning Models. We offer three kinds of service: Implement and license an existing program (link to program page) of Lady Trailblazer Leadership Institute Ltd. Research, design, and implement a new program. Evaluate, assess, and improve an existing program. At Lady Trailblazer Leadership Institute Ltd. we deliver data driven programs. We recognize success is driven by the ability to empower organizational leaders with confidence, harness necessary but effective tools, and develop equitable skillsets to problem-solve and make effective decisions. Girls’ Persist is a performance-based leadership program emphasis on hands-on tactile learning. The program is designed to employ the use of mechanical concepts associated with mathematical applications to improve confidence through relevant decision-making guided by realistic problem-solving tasks. Lady Persist is designed to assist with analyzation and problem-solving skills to increase overall competence and leadership performance by improving and shaping fundamental leadership applications essential for development, decision-making, and building a team. Design math is designed to assist girls to improve overall mathematical skills through the distinctive forms of math e.g., patterns, shapes, and numbers. The learning model help frame mathematical concepts and interpretations relevant for problem-solving. Math Efficacy is an advanced mathematical program designed to build self-confidence and improve leadership persistence through the associative learning of the “how to, and why” method relevant to problem-solve, think critically, and make complex decisions.
