Each year, we carefully source 12–15 distinct coffee lots, ensuring there’s always something new to discover. All our coffees are purchased directly from farmers with full traceability. Our coffees are assessed both before and after roasting. Prior to roasting, the beans are visually graded for defects. After roasting, they’re evaluated for acidity, body, flavor, and aroma. FRESHLY ROASTED All beans are roasted in small batches and only to order, ensuring the coffee is always delivered at peak freshness. The roast date is clearly printed on the packaging, which features one-way valves for optimal storage. Lagom Coffee Roastery roast coffee daily and ship directly to wholesale customers, subscribers and web shop customers. SPECIALTY COFFEE 'Specialty Coffee' is a protected term used for coffees that score 80 points or above on a 100-point scale developed by the Specialty Coffee Association, reflecting the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship.
