About Lake City Fire Equipment
Over 25 years of combined experience in the fire and EMS services. When you buy from LCFE, you are buying from people who know the job you do and the products you need. Lake City Fire Equipment was started in 2009 as a fire equipment distributor serving fire departments in Northeast NY. LCFE gave departments a true local option for their equipment needs. In December 2009, Lake City Fire Equipment purchased Adirondack Fire Extinguishers, which operated out of Peru NY for over 20 years. This brought LCFE into the service industry and again gave local business a true local company to turn to for its extinguisher needs. LCFE has seen steady growth since 2009. We have become the local leader in portable fire extinguishers and fixed fire suppression systems, we continue to grow our line of quality fire equipment, we are Clinton County’s only DOT approved Hydro test facility, we continue to test over 100,000 ft of fire hose each year, and train 100’s of people in First Aid and CPR every year. Our service area has expanded throughout Northern NY and Vermont. We have become Northeastern NY’s leader in Fire and Safety sales, service and training!
