About Lake County Free Clinic

Lake County Free Medical Clinic exists to address the unmet health needs of the residents of our community through the provision of quality medical and dental care. Lake County Free Medical Clinic is not federally funded and does not bill insurance of any kind. As a primary care provider, we provide diagnosis and treatment of short-term and chronic care illnesses, physicals and vision screening. Limited dental care services are also available. Lake County Free Medical Clinic provides prescription assistance and lab work at no charge. Many of our patients are working adults with no, or inadequate health insurance. Most patients make a small donation to the clinic but are not required to. Direct care volunteers (Doctors, Nurse Practicioners, Registered Nurses, Dentists, Medical Assistants, LPNs, Paramedics, EMTs, phlebotomy, or lab technicians) are needed to help serve our growing population.
