About Lake Forest Animal Hospital
Lake Forest Animal Hospital is a full-service, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We care for cats, dogs, birds, and pocket pets/small exotics. Our newly renovated and expanded hospital offers a variety of soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, dentistry with dental radiology, laser therapy, abdominal and cardiac ultrasound, endoscopy, and patient hospitalization and care. Our lab is equipped to handle in-house cytology, pathology, urinalysis, and abbreviated blood panels. We also have a full boarding facility for dogs and special cat boarding room equipped with cat condos. Our hospital also includes both an online and a full service pharmacy. We maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere; most routine pet care is performed with the client present, and we encourage our clients to visit their sick pets. We educate and train owners to play a role in their pet's care. We typically open at 7am during six days of the weeks, and are open until 8pm Mon-Thurs, 6pm on Fridays, and 2pm on Saturdays.
