As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, certified Functional Medicine practitioner, and founder of Lake Life Wellness Center, I’ve spent the past 15+ years helping people reconnect with their health in a deeper, more sustainable way. At Lake Life, we believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we combine the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with evidence-based functional medicine, advanced aesthetic therapies, and now yoga and movement classes—all under one roof. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from burnout, working through hormonal imbalances, or simply looking to feel your best again, we meet you where you are. Our clinic is the largest and most established acupuncture and integrative health center in Sandpoint, Idaho. We’re proud to serve a diverse community—including a growing population of veterans through our VA partnership—offering personalized, insurance-friendly care in a welcoming, judgment-free space. In 2025, we expanded into our new downtown location to better serve our patients with more treatment rooms, an infrared halotherapy sauna, ionic foot detox, a retail boutique, and a new yoga studio focused on accessibility and community connection.
