About Lake Ridge
Lake Ridge is an Elim Care facility with a ministry devoted to providing quality, compassionate, and innovative senior housing and healthcare in the spirit of Christ's love. We are endorsed by and affiliated with the EFCA. The Lake Ridge campus has both skilled nursing and assisted living. Lake Ridge Care Center is a 62-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. A Medicare/Medicaid certified campus, Lake Ridge provides 24-hour skilled primary nursing care. Pro Rehab provides on-site rehabilitation services. Both Long Term Care and Short Term Rehabilitation services are available. Lake Ridge Manor is a 28-unit Assisted Living. There are three sizes of studio apartment, each with a private bathroom, shower and emergency call system. If a person's medical needs are determined to meet Medicare guidelines, Lake Ridge Manor staff work with Guardian Angels Elim Home Care and Hospice services or a provider of the resident's choice to meet all of their health care needs. Coming soon: Wright County’s End-of-Life Unit: Lakeside Oasis This wing will be attached to the Care Center, with 2 dedicated staff members to the unit. The wing will consist of 5 private rooms to be used for those who are at the end of their life. Hospice will be available, but is not a requirement. There was a groundbreaking ceremony August 27, 2013. Construction starting soon. Stay tuned for more updates.
