Founder, Stacy Blue, started Lake State Property, LLC to serve the needs of property owners in Minnesota & beyond. As a woman, I was always told leave the hard work for the men and focus on the administrative side of business, now I do both. My business model is working to create sustainable work opportunities to enhance our community, reduce unemployment, and burnout for a seasonal business. Year round training and work opportunities for any good employee who shows up and works hard and shows the initiative to learn the business from the ground up.
