About LakeBanker | Free Banking for the World
The traditional banking sector relies on decades old technology and an outdated business model. It is inefficient, expensive and does not reach much of the world’s population. Cryptocurrencies might provide a partial solution but they are yet to fully accomplish that goal. Our mission is to make core banking services free, for everyone, forever. To achieve this, we use the latest technology and an innovative Crowd-Banking model. This massively reduces our operational overhead and allows us to easily reach into currently underbanked populations. Technology has revolutionised many industries. We do that now for banking. This is how we bring free banking to the world. LakeBanker is a spinoff from cryptocurrency exchange, LakeBTC. As one of the most valuable brand names in the industry, LakeBTC has proven to be robust, reliable, and trustworthy. LakeBanker inherits its core team, expertise, technology and culture. A beta version of the LakeBanker system has been running in stealth mode for 1.5 years. Demand has been very strong, even with no public announcements. To grow the system we introduce a new token BAC and launch a Token Sale. BAC will be integral in driving transactions within the LakeBanker system. Phase 1 of the Token Sale is active now. Phase 2 will be held in mid-October.
