Established in 2001 by the Crystal Lake Jaycees, the Illinois Jaycee Charitable Foundation, Mayor Aaron Shepley, and many dedicated volunteers, through the financial support of thousands of community members, the Dole is home to the Lakeside Festival, Friday arts events, and much more.
