Lamar Contractors is a registered limited liability company in the State of Louisiana, Incorporated on July 8, 1982. Lamar is owned by Larry Twiner and Gary Boudreaux with Steve Louque as Director of Operations. Lamar is a dynamic and multifaceted General Contractor (Commercial & Residential). In addition to Louisiana, Lamar is licensed/registered in multiple states/territories with the ability and capacity to provide a multitude of services to a client in the private and public sectors. Lamar is made up of a team of long standing, dedicated employees and has a strong list of subcontractors/vendors, all of which understand our passion to perform each project with the utmost quality of workmanship, while completing each project on schedule as well as on budget. It is our goal to work on each project as one team to be able to present the best outcome possible. Lamar has performed projects, both private and public, ranging from $10,000.00 to $80,000,000.00 in size. Lamar Contractors has demonstrated and produced excellent results for the last 37 years, providing services and products for both governmental and private agencies/organizations. Throughout Lamar's 37 years of business, we have completed projects of diverse scopes, ranging from fuel service stations, including fuel piping and underground fuel storage tank removal/installation to community centers and performing arts centers, while continuing to be a major player in disaster recovery programs, all of which have had different requirements and unique challenges to overcome. This experience proves Lamar's ability to complete large scale commercial work as well as large volume residential repair/rehabilitation and new home construction within restricted time frames.
