About LAMAR

LAMAR was born in 1975 and is largely the story of the Baldinotti family. It begins with Renzo, who buys the first machine, an Onda 150 and with it produces labels for the shoe factories in the area in a small fund in via Leopardi in Vinci. The story continues with Gerardo and Luciano, who have supported their father since they were very young and who, over time, will have an increasingly important role within the company. Lamar grows fast above all because it knows how to adapt to market changes and invest to improve itself: woven labels are joined by adhesive and non-adhesive labels until they are completely replaced. In just ten years, Lamar has seen exponential growth, has changed its location twice and in 1990 is ready to become an s.r.l. The current location was purchased in 2004 and covers an area of over 2,000 square meters in the industrial area of Pieve a Ripoli (Cerreto Guidi, Florence). Over time, the company specializes in self-adhesive and non-adhesive labels and is able to meet all customer needs: from the simplest, neutral, to the most complex labels, multi-page labels. Even today it continues to be the same: with a strong family tradition (now the third generation is already an active part of the company!), Frequent investments in production capacity to maintain the highest standards and a lot, a lot of attention to the service offered to own clientele. Habits summarized in our motto "Quality and service", which has always accompanied us.
