Lamoille Home Health & Hospice (LHH&H) is a non-profit home health and visiting nurses agency serving Lamoille County, Vermont, providing home health and hospice care including skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, wellness services, telemedicine and long-term care. Mission Lamoille Home Health and Hospice's mission is to support health, independence and dignity through quality care in the home.
