About LanaBetty

LanaBetty is a jewelry line drawing on traditional jewelry making and 3d printing techniques. Lana Lepper was born in Kelowna, BC and lived most of her early childhood outdoors, exploring the abundant inspiration in our natural surroundings; fuelling her passion for scientific studies and post-graduate education. Her time in the sciences, specifically cell-to-cell interactions, brought her a very deep understanding of the intricate and how to pay attention to the details. Our lives are a fury of tasks; we rush to them as fast as we can. Without the tiny interactions between our cells, none of it would be possible. She is ever cognizant of that fact; our cells are what binds us, drives us, and holds us together! It has given her the perspective she has, to explore her art. Inspired by her new natural and architectural surroundings, on the west coast, she started drawing. She has elevated her artistic offering to a modern/contemporary feel, fusing her love of science, details, and new technologies with tangible interpretations; by creating 3d printed jewelry that captures clients’ imaginations and challenges their perspectives on modern jewelry fabrication.
