About Lancaster Burns Construction
Lancaster Burns Construction, Inc. is a 100% Employee Owned company and was established in 1992 by Jordan Burns and Vance Lancaster as a framing subcontractor. By the late 90’s, LB had a reputation of providing cost effective high quality products, and was known as the premier commercial framing contractor in Northern California .In 2004, LB started it’s Metal Stud and Drywall division to provide a complete framing package all the way through to finished drywall. LB’s capability to provide structural and non-structural framing and drywall packages grew from servicing fuel station kiosks to multi-story commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals. Recognizing the industry need for a complete structural framing package, LB launched its Steel Fabricating Division in 2006. The Steel Division projects range from staircases to structural steel projects for multi-level buildings. 2015 brought us the addition of our Concrete Division. We have a State of the Art 50,000 square foot Production Facility and 8 Acres total space . Our in-house detailing team uses Tekla Structures – the most sophisticated 3D modeling program available. Having control over the shop drawing process allows us the ability to manage the schedule which results in quicker delivery . Our relationship with local Structural Engineers and design / build capabilities makes it possible to provide “Engineered “ design drawing packages as well .
