The Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (LCHRA) administer the Housing Choice Voucher program for Lancaster County, support the development and rehabilitation of affordable housing, provides assistance to homeowners to make repairs, and works with municipalities on community and economic development activities.
