Our sister company, the award-winning Lancaster Brewery, is central to our story, providing their key skills for mashing and fermentation. In fact, they even have their own proprietary strain of live brewers' yeast, further elevating the character of our spirits and creating a distinct flavour profile that’s uniquely ours. Our whisky story is just beginning and it’s one that is built on the foundation of our brewing expertise. We’ve embarked on a journey to create a world-class single malt whisky, carefully aged and crafted in small batches. Every step of the process is designed to bring out the best in the whisky we’re creating. Maturation will take place right here at our distillery, where our casks will develop their full flavour profile over the years, producing a whisky that reflects both the Lancaster landscape and the expertise we’ve honed over time. Alongside our whisky, we continue to produce award-winning gins and vodkas, all crafted on-site using local ingredients and our artesian well water.
